Global Read Aloud
A book is selected by Global Read Aloud for teachers to read aloud to students over a 6-week period. During this time, teacher and students try to make as many global connections as possible!

Nature Hikes
Helena Education Foundation Carnival Classic (Fall)
Helena-area elementary schools, middle schools, high school clubs, and sports teams sponsor activities in this annual back-to-school event! (canceled for 2020)
Walk or Bike to School Day (annually in October)
A global event to promote alternative transportation and healthy lifestyles.
Jefferson Library Literacy Nights
Literacy nights are held throughout the school year in the Jefferson Elementary School Library.
Chef’s Night Off
Support Jefferson School by enjoying a discount at a local dining establishment!
Halloween Carnival (annually in October)
